FAQ
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. For pharma, banking and internal events I sign a confidentiality agreement before receiving any material.
Do you have corporate experience?
Yes: congresses, conferences, launches and company celebrations, at Sava Centar and large venues. References come with the quote.
We need it in less than two weeks. Can you do it?
Call straight away. If the date is free, I confirm the same day and send a quote.
Can you supply the LED screen too?
Yes. Screens, cameras and other gear come through trusted suppliers, so you get everything in one quote.
How do you invoice?
From my Serbian company, in RSD or EUR. I am not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. 10% deposit to book the date, the rest after the event.
What happens if something fails during the event?
The whole system has a backup: a second machine and signal path are ready to take over within seconds, in the room and on the stream.
What should I send for a quote?
Date, venue, number of attendees, running order and what you need: playout, cameras, streaming. A technical plan of the room helps too.
